• Durable Electrochemical Sensors: The Drager X-am 2500 features high-performance sensors for CO, H₂S, O₂, SO₂, and NO₂ gases. The H₂S sensor measures low limits reliably, and the non-consumptive O₂ sensor lasts over 5 years. CO and H₂S sensors also have long service lives, lowering operating costs.

• Poison-Resistant Ex Sensor: The catalytic Ex sensor resists silicone and H₂S, providing a long life of over 4 years. It is highly sensitive to flammable gases and vapors, tested for use in refineries and the chemical industry.

• Maximum Safety: Approved for zone 0, the Drager X-am 2500 ensures high safety in explosion-hazard areas. Its design allows gas entry from above and the front.

• Easy Maintenance: The Drager Bump Test Station and X-dock provide fast, cost-effective tests and calibration. Quick bump tests use minimal gas, reducing costs.

• Diffusion or Pump Mode: An optional external pump with a 45m hose is ideal for tank clearance and leak detection. Switching between diffusion and pump modes is tool-free.

• Ergonomic and Robust: Lightweight and ergonomic, the Drager X-am 2500 offers high wearing comfort. It features a protective rubber coating, shock-resistant sensors, and is IP67-rated for water and dust resistance.

• Reliable Power Supply: The device operates with alkaline or rechargeable NiMH batteries, lasting over 12 hours. Batteries can be charged in workshops or vehicles, with over 250 hours of operation without the Ex sensor.
