The Honeywell NOTIFIER LEM-320 Loop Expander Module is an intelligent fire alarm system expansion component designed to provide additional Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) capacity for compatible NOTIFIER ONYX Series fire alarm control panels. It expands the NFS-640 and NFS2-640 panels from one SLC loop to two and provides an additional loop for compatible LCM-320 modules used with NFS-3030 and NFS2-3030 systems. This allows compatible systems to accommodate additional addressable fire alarm devices as installation requirements grow.

The LEM-320 features a plug-in design for installation within a compatible fire alarm control panel chassis. It supports Class B (Style 4) SLC wiring distances of up to 12,500 feet (3,810 metres) using specified 12 AWG twisted, unshielded cable. Its built-in degraded operating mode is designed to improve system survivability. The module is suitable for compatible fire alarm installations in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, hotels, hospitals, and other large facilities requiring expanded addressable device connectivity.
